This poster is designed to highlight some of the effects of dealing with anxiety in daily life, a condition often misunderstood. The type is made using the anaglyphic effect, associated with 3D films etc. When you do not have the specific glasses required to focus the shapes, the text appears blurred and difficult to view, much like how a person suffering with anxiety may feel when dealing with a difficult situation.
As part of a further exploration into the effects that can be achieved with paper, we were tasked with developing our typography into a tesselated poster design. By doing this I hoped to further the idea of illegibility within the poster and develop the initial concept of anxiety. I wanted to truly reflect the idea behind the words on the poster, "I can't focus at all". This poster was printed at A1 size before being folded.
THANK YOU
